A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after two people were reportedly stabbed in Crawley.
Police raced to Horsham Road after they were called at around 7.40pm yesterday (October 22) to reports of a man in possession of a weapon.
After officers arrived at the scene, they found two people had suffered injuries consistent with being stabbed by a bladed
Both victims were rushed to hospital for treatment.
The suspect was detained with a Taser and a weapon was seized. He was then taken into custody, police confirmed.
A spokesperson for Sussex Police said there will be a “continued police presence in the area while enquiries are ongoing”.
The force added: “Anyone who saw what happened or who has any other information is asked to contact police online or by calling 101 quoting Operation Slope.”
