Sussex Police are appealing for witnesses following reports of threatening behaviour in Crawley.
Officers received reports of a man running towards two teenagers, potentially with a object in his hand, along Bakers Close around 4.40pm on Tuesday (February 8).
The man headed into a nearby park, and we’re keen to speak with a woman who was seen in the park around the time of the incident.
PC Fatona said: “Anyone with information which could help officers with their investigation is asked to report it to police online using the link at the bottom of this post or by calling 101 quoting serial number 862 of 08/02. Alternatively you they can report it anonymously to Crimestoppers by calling 0800 555111.”
A 52-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of affray and being in charge of a motor vehicle when above the alcohol limit. He has been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
